let the number of boys be 5x and girls be 4x

now,

5x+4x = 27

9x=27

x=3

so, number of boys = 5×3 =15

probability =

probability of choosing 1 girl = 15/27

probability of choosing another girl = 15-1/27 =14/27

so, probability of choosing 2 girls = 15/27* 14/27
