Answer:

Given:

Length of classroom(l)= 10 m

Width of classroom (b) = 6.4 m

Height of classroom (h) = 5 m

Floor area given to each student = 1.6 m2

Let the total number of students be x.

Area of floor of a classroom Total number of students x floor area occupied by each student

| x b = x x 1.6

10 x 6.4 = x x 1.6

x= (10 x6.4 )/1.6

x= 10 x 4 = 40

Total number of students accommodated in the room is 40

Volume of air in the classroom = Volume of classroom =l x b x h

= 10 x 6.4 x5= 320 m3

40 students got 320 m of air

1 student would get air = 320/40= 8m3

Hence, Total number of students accommodated in the room is 40 & each student will get 8 m3 of air.
