velocity = 40/300

= 2/15

force = ma

= m * 2/15-u/300

now power of A is 1/6*0.0137m

= 0.00028 * m

now power of B is 2/15*0.0004m

= 0.00053 * m

now ratio is 0.0028/ 0.00053
