Time taken= 1 min(+4 m) +1 min(-2 m) +1 min(+4 m) +1 min(-2 m) +1 min(+4 m) + 1 min(-2 m) + 1 min(+4 m) + 1 min(-2 m) + 1 min(+4 m) + 1 min(-2 m) + 1 min(+4 min) + 1 min(-2 m) + 1 min(+4 m)

And he reaches the top,Therefore Total time taken =13 minutes

Note: He did not slip the last time because he had reached the top already!!
