the information is incomplete there may be 2 cases
strikes form AP
1,2,3.....6
here first term = a = 1
and common difference = d = 1
so nth term is
a + (n-1)d
6

case 2.....
if it forms GP
1,2,4,8....32
here first term = a = 1
and common ratio = r = 2
and no. of terms = 6
nth term is
a(r)^(n-1)
32 time
