A closed container containing small amount of hot water in it gets completely filled with the steam while the same container containing normal water does not get completely filled with water. Why?

Evaporation.

Explanation:

Because-When we steam some thing the water gets heated and starts to evaporate if the container where u have import the hot water and have covered it.

BUT

When we take normal water the container doesn't changes because nothing takes change in it.
