We have to find the TSA(since it is a closed tank
TSA = 2 x pi x r ( h + r)
= 2x 22/7 x 14 ( 14 + 3)
= 2 x 22 x 2 (17)
= 88 x 17
= 1496 sq. cm
So the metal sheet required would 1496 sq. cm
