a closed cylinder tank of height 1.4m and radius of the base is 56cm is made up of a thick metal sheet how much metal sheet is required express in sauare meters

radius=r=56cm =0.56m
metal sheet required = total surface area

=2*pi*r(r+h)

=2*22/7*0.56(0.56+1.4)
=3.52(1.96)
=6.8992sq m

mysticd: v=616000cm^3 since 1000cm^3 = 1 li

mysticd: diameter =d = 5.6cm

mysticd: pi*r^2*h= 616000

mysticd: 22/7*2.8*2.8*h =616000

mysticd: h= 616000*7/22*2.8*2.8
