Height of cylindrical tank = h = 3 m
Find how much sheets of metal is required :-
Total surface area of cylinder = 2πr(h+r) sq. unit
= 2 × 22/7 × 7 (3 + 7) m²
= 2 × 22 × 10 m²
= 440 m²
Hence,
440 m² of metal sheets are required.
