Radius = 56cm
= 56/100m
Height = 1.4m
Total surface area(TSA) = 2πr(r+h)
= 2×22/7×56/100(0.56+1.4)
= 2×22×8/100×1.96
= 44×8/100×196/100
= 68992/10000=6.8992m^2.

I hope it helps you.If any problem please tell.I try to helps you.

Given the height of cylindrical tank =h=1.4 m

And Radius of cylindrical tank =56 cm =0.56 m

So the Metal sheet required to make cylindrical tank are = total surface area of cylindrical tank= 2πr(r+h)

= 2× \frac{22}{7}  \times 0.56(1.4+0.56)

= 2×22×0.08×1.96=6.8992 {m}^{2}

Then metal sheet required = 6.9m²
