to find TSA
=2πr(h+r)
=2×22/7×56(196)
=2×22×8×196
=68992cm^2

Given the height of cylindrical tank =h=1.4 m

And Radius of cylindrical tank =56 cm =0.56 m

So the Metal sheet required to make cylindrical tank are = total surface area of cylindrical tank= 2πr(r+h)

= 2× \frac{22}{7}  \times 0.56(1.4+0.56)

= 2×22×0.08×1.96=6.8992 {m}^{2}

Then metal sheet required = 6.9m²
