Hi ,
Dimensions of the cylidrical tank are
Height(h) = 1.4 m = 1.4 × 100cm = 140cm
Radius ( r ) = 56 cm
Metal sheet required = Total surface
Area
= 2πr( r + h )
= 2 × ( 22/7 ) × 56( 56 + 140 )
= 2 × 22 × 8 × 196
= 68992 sq cm
= 6.8992 sq m
I hope this helps you.

Heya,
Given:
Radius = 56cm
Height = 1.4m= 1.4×100=140cm
Metal sheet required=TSA (Total surface area of the cylindrical tank)
Metal sheet required= 2πr(r+h)
Metal sheet required= 2×22/7×56 (56+140)
Metal sheet required= 2×22×8×196
Metal sheet required= 44×1568
Metal sheet required= 68992 cm^2
Hope my answer helps you :)
