The temperature of the gas depends on r.m.s. speed of particles, which is constant in this case. Speed of train did not change r.m.s. speed of particles.

The temperature of the gas depends on the moving atoms or RMS velocity of the atoms.

In this case, the closed vessel containing some gas at atmospheric pressure and room temperature is placed in a fast moving train, if the speed of the moving train constant the RMS value do not change so the “temperature of the gas” remain same.
