Area where students can sit=π r^2
=22*5*5/7
=550/7cm2
no.of students that can sit=550/7÷5/7
=550/5=110

Answer:

Number of students that can sit in the tent will be=110

Step-by-step explanation:

Let  r be the radius of base of the conical tent which is equal to=5cm

Now, Area of the circular base of the cone={\pi}r^{2}

                                                                      =\frac{22}{7}{\times}(5)^{2}

Number of students that can sit in the tent will be=\frac{Area of the circular base of the cone}{Area occupied by the one student}

=\frac{\frac{22}{7}{\times}(5)^{2}}{\frac{5}{7} }

=110
