Answer:

Let the SP of 1 metre cloth = Rs. 1

The SP of 33 metres cloth = 1×33

= Rs. 33

CP of 1 metre cloth = Rs. x

CP of 33 metres cloth = x×33

= Rs. 33x

According to question,

Profit = SP - CP

11 = 33 - 33x

33x = 22

x=2233=23

CP of 1 metre cloth = Rs.23

CP of 33 metre cloth = 23×33

= Rs. 22

SP of 33 metres cloth = Rs. 33

Profit = SP - CP

= 33 - 22 = 11

Profit% =1122×100=50%
