A living thing isn't something that can move. It is something that possesses a life. A living cell which can take in oxygen. So, microorganisms, plants, animals come under the category of living things.

And probably aliens, if they exist. Although they may be using another gas for their survival.

And probably God, if you are a theist.

It itself does not grow bigger it is because water vapour accumulates and becomes a cloud

it moves ya but due to speed wind above...

it is interdependent so it is a non living thing
