A club is not a commercial organization rather a group of people who form a coalition for a common purpose.
The reason why club cannot be regarded as a commercial organization are :
- Clubs generally exist for some activities which do not seek profit which is not the case with commercial organisations.
- Commercial organisations tend to sell their goods and services while clubs are solely organisations which are made with a common motive.
