A club is not a commercial organization rather a group of people who form a coalition for a common purpose.

The reason why club cannot be regarded as a commercial organization are :

  1. Clubs generally exist for some activities which do not seek profit which is not the case with commercial organisations.
  2. Commercial organisations tend to sell their goods and services while clubs are solely organisations which are made with a common motive.
