Answer is false.

A valid argument may have false promise and false conclusion.

What is a cogent argument? A cogent argument is that category of an argument which  is sound and is the cause  where the premises provide strong  reason for acceptable quality as well as conclusion.

A sound argument is a valid which accompany  true premises.
