A coil carrying a current ( I ) is arranged within a magnetic field ( B ) and the coil experience Lorentz force ( F ) that can make it move.

We know, \vec F = q   \vec v  \times  \vec B  

where q is the charge moving to produce the current and \vec v is the velocity of charge  which is just in opposite direction of current ( i.e. \vec v is along Y to X ).

The direction of magnetic field \vec B is along horizontal side as shown in adjoining figure.

Therefore the Lorentz force \vec F will be perpendicular to both the   \vec v , \vec B.

So the correct answer is option (b) Out of the paper.
