In this case the induced current will be zero.

Explanation:

We know that:

ε= -∆φ/∆t     ………. (i)

Equation (i) shows that when flux will change through a conductor emf will produce in it. The important thing is change in flux. You can’t decide the value of emf on the basis of maximum and minimum value of flux. You will decide it on the basis of change in flux. In the present case, though flux is maximum but change in flux is zero. Hence, induced emf will be zero.

According to ohm’s law if induced emf is zero then induced current will also be zero.
