Emf produced in circuit = delta flux/ delta time

Flux = BA COSthetha.
So, as the B(magnetic field) changes from 4 to 8, and angle of area vector n motion is same,
Flux initial is 4*2 wb
Flux final is 8*2 wb

Thus delta Flux is 8wb, n time is 2 sec.
So Emf is 4 volts
