A coil of insulated copper wire is connected to a torch bulb.what would happen if a bar magnet is
(a) pushed into the coil?
(b) pulled out of the coil?
(c) kept stationary within the coil?

In the cases where the magnet is moved relative to coil there will be definitely the glow of bulb due to the electromagnet induction

(i) is inductor current due to the electromagnetic induction
(ii) the current is induced in the coil but this time it is in reverse direction
(iii) no current is induced that's why galvanometer will show no deflection.
