If three coins are tossed simultaneously then

all possible events = TTT, THH, TTH, THT, HHH, HTT, HTH, HHT

no of all possible events = 8

probability of getting at least 2 heads = p

favourable events = THH, HHT, HHH, HTH

no of favourable events = 4

probability = no of fav. events / all possible events

= 4/8

(P) = 1/2

2nd case = getting no heads

fav. events = TTT

no of fav. events = 1

probability (Q) = 1/8
