Total no of outcomes= 2^2=4

No of outcomes, that give atleast one head=3(hh, ht, th)

Probability of an event= No of favourable outcomes/total no of outcomes

=> 3/4= 0.75......

Given,

A coin is tossed two times then the probability for atleast one head is:

The chances are [ HH, TH, HT, TT ]

Total outcomes = 4

Favourable outcomes = [ HH, HT, TH ] = 3

Probability = Favourable Outcomes / Total Outcomes.

= 3/4

Therefore, If a coin is tossed two times then the probability of getting at one head is 3/4.
