velocity & distance r in direct proportion if velocity is doubled then the distance will also be doubled.

thereby, distance = 8cm


Configuration: But this is angular velocity, the formula for angular velocity is theta/time (rad/sec), so it can't possibly be 8cm. When the angular velocity, omega doubles itself, then the object should come closer to the center of the table.
