After monitor this they can plan for future learning.Teachers are the mediator in this function. they drive instruction in collaborating  classrooms and definite purpose of this.Teachers collaborate  learning by creating tasks to encourage students, make high standard of performance , like decision making and problem solving. These learning task make them more confident and challenging.
