Experiment- Required material- Beaker, test tube, starch, Egg albumin, glass road and water.

Procedure- i. Colloidal solution of starch in water- Take 1% of dry corn starch and put it into the beaker with 3ml of distilled water and mix both. Now into this add 97ml of boiled distilled water mix well. Heat the solution for 2 minutes cool it and then store in test tube labeled A.

ii. Colloidal solution of egg albumin/milk- Take 1gm of egg albumin/milk and add 5ml of D/W into a beaker mix well. Again 5ml of D/W slowly added with continuous stirring. Next add few drops of acids. Clear solution will turn turbid, store in test tube labeled B.

Result- colloidal Solution of both test tubes is translucent, translucent filter and stable.
