People with deuteranomaly and protanomaly are collectively known as red-green colour blind and they generally have difficulty distinguishing between reds, greens, browns and oranges.

protonopia ,deuteranopia,protanomaly and deuternomaly are commonly inherited form of red green colour blindness which affect a substantial portion of the human population .those affected have difficulty with discriminanting red and green has due to the absence or mutation of the red or green retina photorecepter
