that process, 25 soldiers are left out. If the total number of soldiers are 650. Find the number of soldiers in

There are 25 soldiers in each row and totally there are 25 columns and 25 rows and such that if both rows and columns are equal then the total soldiers in arrangment will be 625 and hence 25 are left out so you have your answer
