To find: Best Central tendency for the given data and value of the central tendency.

Arranging the given data in increasing order we get,

10 , 10 , 10 , 15 , 15 , 20 , 100

Clearly from data set, most of the values is in tens and twenties while there is 1 value which is in hundreds.
