Three types of employees I, II and III are X , Y & Z respectively
X + Y + Z = 46
14X + 16Y + 10Z = 196 => 7X + 8Y + 5Z = 98
14X/2 + 16Y/4 + 10Z/4 = 50/2
=> 14X + 8Y + 5Z = 100
X + Y + Z = 46 Eq1
7X + 8Y + 5Z = 98 Eq2
14X + 8Y + 5Z = 100 Eq3
Eq3 - Eq2 => 7X = 2 => X = 2/7
