Answer:

No. of tyres needed to make cars = 580000

Companies supplied each = 220000

= 2 × 220000 = 440000

Tyres supplied by third company =580000 - 440000 = 140000

Hope it helps you.

Answer:

The company need 5,80,000 tyres.

2 companies supplied 2,20,000 each.

So first multiply 2,20,000 by 2 = 4,40,000

So to know how many tires the company gave we have to substract the total number of tyres the company need from the number of tyres they got.

5,80,000 - 4,40,000 = 1,40,000

therefore, 1,40,000 is the final answer.
