A company recruited 12 employees for different positions. Although each employee had different portfolio
and had to work on a different nature of job, still it was essential to introduce them to the working
environment of the organization. Therefore, the Managing Director along with the HR manager, called all
the new joiners for an orientation session. The Managing Director started the session by welcoming them all
and read out the rules and regulation of the organization to them making it very clear that they apply to all
equally be it the Managing Director or the supervisor. He also told them the company believes in giving
sufficient time to the Employees to adjust to the new environment and hence they expect them to give their
maximum to the organization so that they can continue to work there permanently. The HR manager added
to it saying that they should remember that their personal goals will be satisfied only if they give priority to
the organizational goals. He also stated that management is very considered and open to the ideas given by
employees for the development of the company, hence the can always come forward if they have anything
in the mind. Identify and explain by quoting the lines the principle of management followed in the company. (6 marker)
