Increase %=30%

decrease%=10%

Overall%=30-10-(10×30)/100

=30-10-3

=30-3=27%gain

Answer: 17% increase

Step-by-step explanation:

if the sales = 100

increase = 30+100= 130 (2005)

decrease = 10% ( 2006)

130*10/100= 13 rupees

130- 13 = 117

117-100= 17

17*100/100= 17%
