One democratic country is India. Governments in India are elected. They can be voted out by the people if their performance is not adequate. Citizens in India have fundamental rights. The judiciary protects the fundamental rights of citizens.
One non democratic country is Saudi Arabia. It is ruled by an autocratic monarchy. People of Saudi Arabia have no say in the governance of the country. They do not have fundamental rights.
