Playing outside refers to playing of outdoor games like football, cricket, badminton,.... and so on. It provides physical training and exercise and helps to keep our body fit and healthy.
It is better to play outdoor games instead of playing online games. You can play online games which are good and not more than 30minutes. Outdoor games are effectively good for health.
