A completes a work in 10 days. B completes the same work in 15 days. After few days A leaves the work and B completes the remaining work in 10 days. Then after how many days does A left the work ?​

  • A and B can complete the work in =(15x10)/(15+10)= 150/25= 6- days.
  • In 3- days 1/2 part of the work will be completed.
  • A can complete the work in 15- days and C can complete the work in 30- days.
  • So both A and C can finish the complete work in =( 15 x 30)/(15+ 30)= 450/45= 10- days.
  • Therefore both A and C can complete the remaining 1/2 part of the work in 1/2 x 10= 5- days. OK.
