BONJOUR ✌

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER ⤵

THE HYDROCARBON CAN BE EITHER A CYCLO ALKANE OR AN ALKAENE SINCE IT DOESN'T REACT WITH CL2 IN THE DARK, IT CAN BE AN ALKENE BUT MUST BE CYCLO ALKANE SINCE THE CYCLO ALKANE REACTS WITH CL2 IN THE PRESENCE OF SUNLIGHT TO GIVE A SINGLE MONOCHLORO DERIVATIVE.

HOPE IT HELPS! ♦ ♦ ✌
