Let,

Weight of oxygen in compound = 12 x

Weight of carbon in compound = 7 x

Weight of sodium in compound = 5 x

In the question, it is already given that the weight of oxygen in the compound is 15 g , so 12 x should be equal to 15 g as both are the weights of oxygen in the compound.

Therefore,

15 g = 12 x

15 / 12 g = x

5 / 4 g = x     ---- : ( 1 )

Weight of the compound will be sum of the weight of the elements present in it, so weight of compound = weight of oxygen + weight of carbon + weight of sodium ⇒ 12 x + 7 x + 5 x = x ( 12 + 7 + 5 ) = 24 x

Weight of compound = 24 x

Putting the value of x from ( 1 )

Weight of the compound = 24 × ( 5 / 4 ) g

                                          = 6 × 5 g

                                          = 30 g

Thus,

Weight of the compound is 30 g.
