mass of oxygen=94.12%*34=32gm

we know atomic mass of hydrogen is 1 gm and mass of oxygen=16gm

so there are two atoms of hydrogen and oxygen  

so emperical formula =h2o2

molecular mass of compound=2+2*16=34
