there are still many softwares that are yet not in the market but are used only by the Crime Branches...
There is a hardware called the Light Pen
which when connected with the computer helps directly to draw the images on the monitor like drawing pictures on a paper using a pen or pencil. This device uses the infrared raditions to receive the signals.
