A computer system was designed to have a good latest processor and I/O device's ,however the designer of the computer did not put any RAM in it. they computer does have harddisk of 1 tera-byte . will this computer be able to execute programs? explain giving justification in support of your answer.

No it can't execute any programs. A stores all the temporary files in RAM. RAM is basically a lightning fast memory, it can only store data temporarily. any program or software is first transferred to RAM then translated into system language in the and then is stored in RAM. without ram the system can't even boot.
