pressure does the computer put into the table is 980 N/m² or 980 Pascal.

It has given that a computer of mass , m = 2kg and has an area , A 200 cm².

we have to find the pressure does the computer put into a table.

pressure = force applied on the surface/area of surface

force applied on the surface of table = weight of computer = 2kg × 9.8 m/s² = 19.6 N

area of surface = 200 cm² = 0.02 m² [ as 1m² = 10⁴ cm² ]

now pressure = 19.6/0.02 N/m² = 980 N/m²

therefore pressure does the computer put into the table is 980 N/m² or 980 Pascal.
