a concave lens of focal length 16cm is used to form an image of object of length 9 cm is kept at a distance of 13 cm it use lens formula to determine nature position length of the image also draw ray diagram​

f=  60 cm

u= -30 cm

h=9 cm

nature=?, v=?, h of object=?,

using lens formula,

1/v+1/u=1/f

apply the values of U and F then you would get the value of V (position)

V= 20cm

for height of the image use,

m=v/u=h/h

you will get m= -2/3

now , m=h/h

height of image = - 6 cm

nature of the image formed is real and inverted,
