A concave mirror of focal length 15cm forms an image at a distance 10 centimetre from the mirror how far is the object placed from the mirror.what is the nature of the image.plz give the appropriate answer!

Given:

f = -15

u =-10

v = ?

solution:

as we know,

f = - v/ u

-15 = -v / -10

150 = -v

-150= v

here, -ve sign represents that the image formed is real, inverted.

and image will form between pole and focus.
