HERE IS YOUR ANSWER:

We are given the following things:
m = -3
v = -10 cm
m = - v/u
-3 = -(-10)/u
-3 = 10/u
u = 10/-3
u = -3.33 cm

Now according to the mirror formula:

1/u +1/v = 1/f
-1/10/3 + (-1/10) = 1/f
-3/10 - 1/10 = 1/f
-4/10 = 1/f
-2/5 = 1/f
-5/2 = f
2.5 cm = f

Now, R = 2f
So, R = 2(-5/2)
Therefore, R = -5 cm

HOPE IT HELPS YOU.
