A concave mirror produces an erect image whose length is 4 times the length of the object. If the focal length of the mirror is 20cm, calculate the distance of the object and the image from the mirror.

v/u = 4/1
v = 4u
1/f = 1/v+1/u
1/20 = 1/4u+1/u
1/20 = 5/4u
u = 25cm
v = 100cm
