use the reflection of concave mirror ray diagram to find it and also use the mirror formula

\huge\boxed{\underline{\mathcal{\red{A}\green{N}\pink{S}\orange{W}\blue{E}\pink{R}}}}

magnification(m) = -3 (as image is real)

object distance(u)  = -10cm

image distance (v)=?

we know that   m= -v/u

-3 =  -v /-10

-3 = v/10

v =-3 * 10

v = - 30 cm

thus the image is 30 cm away from the concave mirror.
