The formation of crystals which settle down. This is a physical change.

Explanation:

This process is known as crystallization. As we know that the kinetic energy increases with increase in temperature. So does the inter-molecular spaces. So these sugar molecules are accommodated between these spaces. but when the temperature decreases the inter molecular spaces decrease and the sugar molecules can no longer be accommodated.

This process is also used to purify sugar.
