u didn't attach the figure.

but the induce current alway restrict the change..so the induce current will be in opposite directions.

suppose if the magnetic field is in clockwise direction then induce current will be in anticlockwise direction or vise versa.

in the figure... as there is cross magnetic field(i.e, perpendicular inside the paper...) so the direction of current is clockwise  

(place the 4 fingers of ur right hand in the direction of magnetic field ( i.e, perpendicular inside the paper.........the direction of thumb gives the direction f current)

so here...cause is clockwise direction

and

(as there is change in magnetic field....there induces emf which opposes the cause)

so.... it is opposed by inducing curent in anticlockwise direction!!
